All equipment and supplies are included. We endeavour to use eco-friendly and cruelty free products. Products used in bathrooms and limescale surfaces can be hazardous and will be thoroughly rinsed following use.

Our hourly rate is £22 per hour with a minimum booking of two hours.

The walk through will take a maximum of 30 minutes, we will identify areas of concern and those most important to you. Please highlight areas you do not wish to be cleaned and either remove or make us aware of any irreplaceable, collectable, or expensive objects so we can be sure not to touch them.

If you will not be home on your scheduled service, we recommend the use of a key safe.

We’re fully insured up to the value of 10 million pounds.

We understand life happens, in the event of a schedule change we ask you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. In the event E Edmunds Ltd need to reschedule your service you will be contacted and rebooked on the soonest available date.

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Should we receive less than 48 hours’ notice full payment will be required and invoiced accordingly.

Our system automates invoices everyday. You should receive your invoice on the date of your scheduled service and payment is required within 48 hours of receipt. Payments later than 7 days from the date of invoice will be charged an overdue payment fee of £2.50 per day.
